You will be involved in: Working independently, accountable to manage and lead a group of Maintenance staffs in achieving the best possible maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters. Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Maintenance Specialist and Line Support staffs. Translates the requirements of Production and Engineering needs into maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters. Responsible for initiating, organizing, developing and leading of task-force for short term problem solving and long-term continuous improvement programs. Responsible for safety if custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module You are suitable for this role if you are/ have: Bachelor degree in engineering. Posses strong communication skills and has the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Engineering knowledge of Circuit, PID diagrams, PLC, electronic, electrical/ pneumatic/ hydraulic control system, digital principle, vacuum, pump, RF system and plasma technologies. Tool ownerships, at less one of the tool types listed [LAM Exelan HPT, LAM 2300 FLEX, LAM 4520 XLE, LAM Rainbow] Knowledge and familiar with LEAN, FMEA, 8D and FDC system and concept.
