Our client, a global events and marketing agency, is now looking for a Indonesian Speaking - Senior Executive / Executive Digital Events who has a passion for a Digital-first approach.

Job Responsibilities Plan and execute virtual experiences Coordinate the logistics, production timeline, and speaker schedules Set, communicate, and maintain timelines and priorities on every single project through timeframes, status reporting, emails etc. Manage event communications, registration, and reporting Take the lead in events - presenting provided materials, acting as an emcee, opening an event, and introducing speakers Participating in event debriefs, gathering client feedback and proactively and accurately transmitting relevant information Final reconciliation (operational and financial) of all projects handled.
Requirements
Business level Indonesian proficiency in order to liaise with Indonesian clients and stakeholders Min. 5-6 years and above of relevant experience in live or digital event management, creative production, digital advertising or related fields. Advantage: Google Workspace People management experience Tech savvy and adaptable to new tools and software Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
