What the role is:This is a 11-month contract position as a Senior Executive in the Student Development Office.What you will be working on:We are looking for an individual to join us in the Talent Development team at Student Development Office. The role will require the individual to:Lead in providing administrative, logistical, technical and operational support for an overseas student exchange programme. This includes reviewing current processes and implementing improvements and developing new processes where necessary.Liaise with various stakeholders to implement the exchange programme such as organising workshops, events, visits and learning journeys.Carry out necessary procurement related to the exchange programme and advising junior colleagues involved in this process, where necessary.Compile reports and provide analysis on relevant data.Manage and perform any other tasks as assigned.What we are looking for:Tertiary qualification in any discipline.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Google Apps and Web Communications Platforms, eg. Zoom, MS Teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in organising and managing programmes and operations.Strong team player with good planning, organisational and analytical skills.Good in record keeping, inventory and document management.Able to work after office hours or weekends, when required.About Ngee Ann Polytechnic:At Ngee Ann Polytechnic, our nine academic schools offer over 40 full-time diplomas to a growing student population of more than 15,000.
