Job Description

What the role is:

This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive in the Student Development Office.

What you will be working on:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Marketing Communications

Create and manage content for various communication channels, including social media, eDM, websiteto ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Design or collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing and effective marketing collaterals.

Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.

2. Event Planning and Execution

Coordinate, execute and provide support for student-related events.

Plan marketing collaterals and digital marketing content to support event and drive engagement.

3. Management of CCA Clubs and Student Leaders

Advise students on club management, such as training, briefings and operation matters.

Plan and manage the development and training of student leaders.

Work with stakeholders such as coaches, parents, external organisations and governing bodies, for any related CCA matters.

What we are looking for:

3 - 4 years of experience in marketing communication and event management.

Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Able to work after office hours and/or weekends when required.

Mature and a passion to nurture and work with youths will be advantageous.
