What the role is:This position is a 2-year contract role in the Academic Affairs Department.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage activities relating to the planning, administration, and processing of examination for full-time courses
Coordinate with Schools on examination matters for the smooth administration of examination for full-time students
Support administration of course management for full-time courses
Manage credit transfer for full-time courses
Manage departmental data requests
Support the organisation of the Graduation Ceremony
Participate in TP and department events, projects and initiatives
Provide general administrative support and maintain proper documentation for the division
JOB PREREQUISITES
Tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Meticulous, collaborative attitude and a good team player
Good communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, coordination and administrative skills
Be able to multi-task and manage tasks/projects effectively within tight deadlines
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
