Overview:You responsibility is to provide the main administratiev support for the department.Job Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including inventory checking, data entry, assist in preparation of statistics/reports/presentations, preparation of financial claims/purchase requisitions and orders, minutes taking and meetings scheduling.
You will also support the implementation of established operational policies, fee payment, and proper accounting procedures to meet programme and financial audit requirements.
You will assist the manager in day-to-day outpatient clinic operations, which includes overseeing vendors during facilities management/maintenance around the clinic premises, and maintaining the tidiness of the clinic, occasionally transporting boxes of clinic supplies (with
5kg load). * Within the EA team, you will also be rostered to oversee monthly Saturday maintenance works.

Job Requirements:
Recognised Diploma in any discipline.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enjoy paying attention to detail.
Able to adhere to deadlines.
Flexibility, adaptability and multi-tasking skills are essential.
Experience in healthcare is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft TEAMS, Word, Execl and PowerPoint is essential.
