Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:The incumbent will assist the team in research and support work relating to the marketing and management of lease for commercial properties belonging to Sport Singapore. He/She will be supporting the team to develop and implement new business plans to maximise revenue and other sources of ancillary income. He/She will also assist the team to ensure that processes are in place, billing of revenue and arrears management are timely performed and queries by tenants on administrative and financial matters are attended to. Role and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist the team to execute tender/renewal process and paperwork relating to the leasing of SportSG\'s commercial spaces. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support the team in tender / approval/rebate/waiver papers etc relating to commercial properties in sports facilities for submission to tender board, finance committee and council. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate and manage valuation/surveyor services etc. for commercial properties in SportSG\'s facilities including processing related payments and follow-up matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle and raise payments, billings and other financial-related matters of the team including management of all arrears due in a timely manner according to SOPs. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support the team in preparation and returns of all agreements for commercial properties in SportSG\'s facilities in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain and upkeep all database of the team in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with tenants/vendors on tenancy and maintenance matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist and support the team in properties\' marketing activities on-site as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support the team for all enquiries; preparation and timely returns of agreements; financial matters on advertising/Telcos/Licences etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support/handle and research for quotations and platforms that the Team can benchmark against for purpose of exploring new revenue source. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support in any other duties as may be assigned. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist the team to conduct research for new identified business opportunities such as additional use of SportSG space as test bed for new trends/ideas and as new revenue source. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support in any other duties as may be assigned.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 A general Diploma. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of proven experience and/or track record in relevant areas. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, self-driven, adaptable, organised and results oriented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task with minimum supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under pressure The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
