Organise and support briefings, webinars, and employer engagement events overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, stakeholder liaison, and post-event reporting.
B. Grant & Claims Administration
Evaluate applications, verify documentation, and certify claims in line with audit and programme standards.
Prepare project summaries and claim-verification reports.
Ensure claims are processed accurately and on schedule, in accordance with SOPs.
Maintain complete and accurate records for audits and reporting.
Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
C. Team Leadership
Provide guidance and onboarding mentorship to junior officers.
Assist with workload allocation, process improvements, and performance reviews.
Act as Deputy Team Lead to ensure team KPIs are achieved.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, HR, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in grant processing, programme administration, or employer advisory (experience with government grant administration or public engagement is an advantage).
Strong proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with grant or CRM systems is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver meticulous, detail-oriented work.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face).
