Job Description




To delight customers through a strategic and comprehensive beverage programme that aims to position Singapore Airlines as the industry leader through:

A highly curated selection of top-quality wines and champagnes and a range of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that promises quality and variety.

To be successful in this role, you are required to work with internal stakeholders, external service providers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

Operations

This role ensures that daily F&B operations are run efficiently, beverage standards and policies are managed effectively and updated in a timely manner.

- To manage passenger feedback and ensure timely follow up

- Support and liaise with Cabin Crew Services Division for crew surveys where necessary to introduce new procedures or products

- Perform beverage planning and ensure up-to-date information on beverage offerings are updated in menu

- Maintain view of beverages for planning or under advice of the Wine Consultant, review stock for freshness/vintage and plan appropriate beverage rotation to support the business.

- Ensure accurate beverage information and loading plans/ratios are planned correctly.

Projects and Initiatives

Support of new F&B projects and initiatives and they are introduced smoothly, such as Wine Consultant (WC) Programme, Inflight Wine Pouring Program and other promotional events.

Contracts, Procurement and Inventory Management

- Work with legal and taxation on contracts with service providers and suppliers.

- Work with Procurement Department to ensure stock availability.

- Support and oversee staff sale of Alcohol and related beverage items.

- Forecasting of inventory to ensure right stock levels are maintained in Singapore and overseas stations to support uplift based on beverage planning.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline

\xc2\xb7 Project management experience and WSET certification is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Food & Beverage planning or operations

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of wines, alcoholic beverages will be an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Good IT literacy, comfortable with using digital tools (including Microsoft office suite)

\xc2\xb7 Meticulous, organised, resourceful and creative

\xc2\xb7 Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure due time-sensitive nature of the job

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication (both written and verbal), problem-solving and decision-making skills

\xc2\xb7 Collaborative and adapt well to changing business environment
