Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job Duties and Responsibilitieso Grow love and pride for MWR amongst local residentso Deepen loyalty and build advocacy for MWRo Meet overall brand, attendance and revenue goals for MWRo Local destination marketing - existing and new attractionso Loyalty marketing - owned and partner coalition loyalty programme\xc2\xb7 Provide support in all marketing aspects from planning, budgeting, approvals, meeting deadlines, contingency planning, campaign analysis and reporting to deliver quality outputs and outcomes.\xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams such as digital & social, creative & design and other multiple internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns and projects.\xc2\xb7 Work effectively with creative agencies, production houses and internal design team to develop key visuals, campaign ads and in-market collaterals.\xc2\xb7 Work effectively with media agency to execute media campaigns and optimise digital campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Manage and monitor marketing budget to improve and achieve optimal ROI\xc2\xb7 Secure and negotiate marketing partnerships with relevant partners or vendors.\xc2\xb7 Work on special projects when assigned.\xc2\xb7 Other relevant duties as assigned.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated individual with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality industry\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in branding, consumer marketing, integrated consumer marketing, digital marketing, project management and budget management\xc2\xb7 Proven capability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-changing environment\xc2\xb7 High energy self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Analytical, results-orientated, and highly organised\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently while being a good team playerSpecialization : Marketing
