Provide administrative and secretarial support to assigned Division(s) and Senior Management
Plan, organise, coordinate and support meetings, presentations, visits, and corporate events
Make travel arrangements and ensure claims are made in accordance to company policy
Ensure day-to-day smooth running of the office and the administrative services are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the organisation
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Assist in tracking of budget utilisation for Division(s)
Apply and arrange Jurong Island passes for visitors/students
Participate in ad hoc projects and undertake ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2-3 years of relevant working experience in secretarial and office administration
Excellent in MS Office applications and online meeting tools
Maintain high level of confidentiality
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Effective in communication across different teams/divisions, HQ departments and external parties
Resourceful, self-motivated, independent, results-oriented, organised, meticulous and a good team player
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Willing to work at Jurong Island
