JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage domestic & international key accounts of Import & Export of LG Household & Healthcare (LGHH) cosmetics and household good products between HQ(Korea) and South East Asian (SEA) countries.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Handle customers inquiries and requirements
- Liaise with customers and HQ
- Ensure AR collection
- Managing sales orders for domestic & export business
- Accurate and timely delivery of sales reports.
- Consolidate and track shipments.
- Assist in the management of e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Research on market trend
- Analyze competitor
- Managing to launch a new brand or product in the client’s channel
- Lead brand building, promotion plan to achieve sales target
- Analysis of marketing activities and report on performance
- Assist management in operations, resource management, budget, revenue accounting etc.
- Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impact.
- Communicating with HQ and assist in reporting
- Manage ad-hoc projects and reports.
