Responsible to conduct the Annual Space Review exercise to ensure accurate records of campus space inventory and analyze space utilization trends, to support decision making related to the Capital Budgeting, Infrastructure, Energy Utilization and Maintenance Planning.
Prepare space information and generate annual space reports to Senior Management and External Agencies / Authorities
Coordinate space audits with users from faculties and schools
Assist and provide support in maintaining the efficiency of the space management online system and to explore any possible integration of the space management system with other University-level platforms. This includes ensuring the accuracy of the space database and timely publishing of space information.
Assist in reviewing space use occupancy process through use of technology and managing users expectation
Assist in space matching (allocation) and review renovation requests raised by respective Faculties/Schools.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering or other related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years\' experience in related field of engineering/architecture/planning. Those with relevant experience in the Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) with strong analytical capabilities will be of advantage.
Good in technical skills, adaptable and have an eye for detail.
Good communication skills to communicate effectively with project stakeholders and able to apply critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues.
A responsible team player, self-motivated and abilities to coordinate multiple priorities/actions independent to achieve desired results.
Experience in AutoCAD/REVIT/BIM/Power BI/XIs will be preferred.
