- Conduct research on simulation training best practices, emerging technologies and industry trends for the development of CHTS\xe2\x80\x99 research initiatives, e.g. Competency Framework for Incident Management in Simulation Training, Crowd Management POC etc;
- Collate, analyze and housekeep all data from research initiatives and collaborations;
- Oversee the expansion of Home Team Simulation Centre through liaising with vendors and relevant HTDs to ensure smooth handover/takeover and renovation works;
- Assist in conceptualizing and organizing a physical simulation Community of Practice (CoP);
- Assist in administrative duties for Operations and Training Branch, such as managing requests for booking of HTSC for exercises and study visits, providing admin and logistical support during study visits by local/foreign agencies to HTSC etc, as Senior Executive (Ops and Training) will be on maternity leave from July \xe2\x80\x93 Dec 2024; and
- Undertake any secondary appointments, duties or projects assigned by Dir CHTS.
