- Research and identify gaps in HT leadership skills and competencies which are critical for success through T&L Needs Analysis Report, which includes designing survey for programme alumni participants and develop a report based on survey findings
- Analyse multiple data sources, identify and plan the implementation of structured interventions such as workshops, publications and think pieces for HTCL milestone programmes alumni
- Assist DD and AD in administrative and logistical duties for running of HTCL milestone leadership programmes, WOG programmes and international programmes (for example bilateral international leadership programme for Vietnam)
- Assist to create a microsite on HTA\'s webpage that covers HTA milestone leadership programmes, that is aligned to overall HTA\'s branding strategy
- Undertake any taskings or research projects assigned by Dir HTCL
