Salary Circa: up to $5500 per month plus completion and variable performance bonus

There is now a need to hire an experienced Senior Executive, Compensation and Benefits (Operations) to be part of their team.
The Position
Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Lead, the Senior Executive will provide support to the C&B operations process project as well as assist with the day-to-day operational matters. In addition, there will be a need to support the Corporate HR in the upload of data for annual salary review and performance bonus exercise, work with the payroll team on salary, manage employee\xe2\x80\x99s shares and unit matters (share portal, grant and vesting) and participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
The Person
Interested candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resource practices with background in compensation cycle and stakeholder management preferably from shared service environment. To excel in this role, candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills as there will be an opportunity to work with colleagues in various locations and levels. Candidates should be a team player, positive, self-motivated with the ability to work in a highly dynamic team.
