Support the Head of Department, Legal and Compliance
Provide legal and regulatory advice to the Business Units
Provide Compliance advice and carry out Compliance reporting
Assist in the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements
Ensure continued compliance of the Company's policies
Support the Data Protection Officer in ensuring the Company's compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act & all related matters.
Support in Corporate Secretarial duties
Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of legal or compliance experience within the general insurance space/or has audited insurers as an external auditor.
BCP, PGI and ComGI certified.
