:\xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support to the team\xe2\x80\x99s corporate administrative work and Division budget matters\xc2\xb7 Preparation and consolidation of documentations for corporate administrative submission and approval clearances\xc2\xb7 Preparation and consolidation of documentations for Division budget reporting, submission, and approval clearances\xc2\xb7 Provide executive and administrative support to the Director of the Founders\xe2\x80\x99 Memorial\xc2\xb7 Provide operational and administrative support for Founders\xe2\x80\x99 Memorial Committee meetings and other stakeholder engagementsWorking Arrangement:Salary: $3500 - $4000/MonthWorking Hours: Mondays to Fridays (9am to 630pmLocation: City HallContract Duration: 1 YearJob Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Degree/diploma in Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, Humanities or other disciplines relevant to Corporate Development at the Founders\xe2\x80\x99 Memorial Diploma holders with relevant work experience will also be considered;\xc2\xb7 Proven excellence in administrative support, scheduling, budget monitoring and reporting, operational coordination, writing and presentation skills;\xc2\xb7 Ability to proactively problem solve, meticulous attention to detail, with strengths in synthesising information and providing solutions to management;\xc2\xb7 Strong administrative, budgeting and project management skills;\xc2\xb7 Team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;\xc2\xb7 Occasional weekend and after-work hours engagements might be required \xe2\x80\x93 candidates should be prepared to exercise some flexibility in his/her work schedule;
