his role will report to the Head of Ecommerce, Asia Pacific, and by working closely with local markets\xe2\x80\x99 digital team, help enhance their current CRM communication effectiveness by introducing customer profile / segmentation into their tactics. This person is expected to have sound knowledge of CRM concepts / theories and how CRM can bring impact to the retail and online business. Key markets focus will be Japan, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and potentially India and South Korea in the near future.
