What the role is:About Civil Service College: Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister\'s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service. CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning. Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service. About CSC International (CSCI): CSCI is the international engagement arm of the Civil Service College, which aims to build strategic partnerships through the sharing of Singapore\'s public service experience and best practices with the wider global community. CSCI\'s clientele include foreign public officers who visit Singapore from time to time to learn best practices and understand how Singapore has progressed over the years.What you will be working on:\xc2\xb7 Design, develop and manage study visits and training programmes for international delegates of the assigned countries/region \xc2\xb7 Conduct research on regions, countries and institutions \xc2\xb7 Network and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients \xc2\xb7 Involvement in administrative duties, project management and business development workWhat we are looking for:\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the field of Learning and Development preferred. \xc2\xb7 Confident, diplomatic and good interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Customer focused \xc2\xb7 Strong interest and knowledge of Singapore Government and current affairs. \xc2\xb7 Strong presentation skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands \xc2\xb7 Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in a second Asian language will be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Good analytical and communication skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively within CSC and with external partners \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in workAbout Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister\'s Office.
