Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with customers to fulfill their orders/shipments
  • Liaise closely with the Sales and freight forwarders to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and shipments.
  • Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and complaints
  • Ensuring the smooth operation and cooperation with the team members
  • Ensuring efficient and timely order processing and billing
  • Ensuring minimum response time to customer\xe2\x80\x99s queries or complaints
  • Manage Customers\xe2\x80\x99 inventory system - SAP, and internal Warehouse Management System
  • Assist in the month end closing for invoicing and accrual



Requirements
  • Diploma and above, preferable specializing in supply chain or logistics
  • At least 5 years working experience with no less than 3 years in supervising role.
  • Good understanding of WMS
  • Have good Knowledge in shipping
