Roles & Responsibilities
Dealer Training: Organize and manage sales, technical, and parts sales training.
Trainer Network: Establish and coordinate a dealer trainer network.
Systems Management: Provide support and training for competence and retail development systems.
Retail Processes: Implement retail processes and create reports.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Business, Administration, or equivalent.
2-5 years relevant experience; workshop facilitation is a plus.
Team player, willing to learn and travel. Partner engagement experience is a plus.
Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills in addition to being comfortable with working with different nationalities professions.
Ability and willingness to work independently, with limited supervision.
