Job Description

Working in the NUHS Education Office, you will be part of the team to propose and implement strategies, priorities and standards as part of the NUHS Education mission. The incumbent will also ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the Cluster Education framework and policies.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Provide broad-level co-ordination on training and education to Education Offices (EDO) and Healthcare Institutions (HCIs) within the Cluster
• Have oversight of the quality and volume of clinical teaching and training within the Cluster
• Support and implement educational initiatives and pedagogies that will build a healthcare team of the future
• Carry out educational initiatives in NUHS
• Central Administrative roles

• Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Relevant work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred especially with regards community engagement and posting of students.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and have good collaborative, analytical, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Be self-motivated, committed and passionate about developing the next generation of healthcare professionals.
• An implementor with an ability to take into consideration the various needs of the organisation and complete the task / project in a timely manner.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Basic understanding of Finance / Accounting.
• Interested in community outreach and doing work for the greater good.
