Job Description
The Executive/Senior Executive, NHG Group Education, for Faculty Management and Recognition will assist the Assistant Director and Director (Education) in ensuring and improving the quality of health professions education through various initiatives in faculty management.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer and implement faculty appointments.
- Support the development, review, and implementation of faculty recognition.
- Prepare reports on faculty evaluation and appraisal.
- Assist with faculty development initiatives and activities
Job Requirements
Education/Training/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Experience in healthcare or education background would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong interpersonal skills in working with different groups of stakeholders.
- Good organization, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Highly meticulous and resourceful with a strong ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver within strict timelines.
