Job Description
:
The Education team at Gardens by the Bay contributes to our People\xe2\x80\x99s Garden mission by planning, developing and implementing educational programmes for schools and the public to engage the community to explore the Gardens through unique and meaningful learning experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative and logistical support to education programmes for schools and the public
- To respond to email and phone enquiries from schools and the public
- To be involved in training/ briefing sessions for students and volunteers for school and public programmes/ events
- Be able to communicate effectively via email, phone calls and face to face interactions
- Have a diploma or relevant work experience minimum handling enquiries
- Be able to work on weekends (on a rotation basis)
An integral part of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x9cCity in a Garden\xe2\x80\x9d vision, Gardens by the Bay spans a total of 101 hectares of prime land at the heart of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s new downtown \xe2\x80\x93 Marina Bay. Comprising three waterfront gardens \xe2\x80\x93 Bay South, Bay East and Bay Central \xe2\x80\x93 Gardens by the Bay will be a showcase of horticulture and garden artistry that will bring the world of plants to Singapore and present Singapore to the World.
