Job Responsibilities:

Able to operate and understand the Building Management System and analyse the data and trend
To manage integrated building platform (IBP) for monitoring of the chiller plant and air-side efficiency for multiple buildings, and engaging Operations team and contractors to rectify the faults detected
To provide continuous improvement to the IBP especially on user friendliness and encourage usage of the system
Provide technical and engineering support to Property Management team as and when needed
To lead on the certification and re-certification of existing buildings to achieve Green Mark status in Singapore to meet the SMP 2030 target.
To plan and execute all upgrading works and related capex works to meet SMP 2030 target and Green Mark requirement.
Track and monitor utilities consumption of Buildings
Conduct troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
Conduct regular site inspection and health check on M&E equipment
Work with contractors to solve the technical issue at sites
Support in the assigned Green Building project development and energy audit for existing building
Execute upgrading works and M&E equipment replacement works include providing specifications, tender evaluation and execution.
To assist property management on the testing & commissioning of M&E systems for new building.
Any other work assigned by immediate supervisor
