What the role is:The Claims Management Office (CMO) in the Healthcare Finance Group of MOH ensures appropriate care for our national financing schemes, through development of claims guidelines and claims adjudication. The officer will play an important role to support the core functions of the division such as to perform analysis on past claims data to identify egregious claims and monitor effectiveness of claims guidance and responding to enquiries/feedback relating to claims appropriateness. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:
