Engage with various faculties and potential residents on the allocation process.
Manage the allocation process for University Housing to eligible faculty members and departments.
Ensure Compliance to process and procedures in accordance to approved housing frameworks.
Collaborate with Faculty Housing team to prepare rooms for arrival.
Collaborate with Housekeeping team to ensure rooms check out are cleaned.
Assist with site inspections for potential residents or visitors to the property.
Monitor market rental movements/analysis for benchmarking and policy review purposes.
Handle enquiries and handling the relocation of faculty members on housing allowance back to University Housing.
Assist with system management and changes for Student Residents.
Booking of conference event room bookings in UHMS.
Implement community bonding and building programmes.
Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/ Building/ Estate Management/ Information Technology with minimum 2 years experience in room allocation or rooms reservation related field.
Team player with demonstrated energy, drive, determination and persistence
Good analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills including analysis skills and effective presentation skills
Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office and SAP application, databases, spreadsheets, and/or word processing required
Passionate in working with a diverse population comprising staff, their family members and NUS stakeholders
