Responsibilities:1. Required to perform full spectrum of HR operations duties2. Work closely with business units to execute HR policies and government statutory requirements effectively and ensure compliances3. Perform full cycle of payroll4. Work closely with business partner to fulfil their manpower and recruitment needs5. Perform training administration duties and training grant application6. Perform staff on-boarding process, work pass application and staff orientation7. Perform staff off-boarding process, exit interview and IR218. Maintain HR database in system and P files9. Assist to manage foreign worker work pass quota10. Respond to government surveys11. Perform HR reporting required by Management12. Implement HR initiatives and company staff well-being activities13. Assist with general administrative functions of the departmentRequirements:1. Degree or Diploma in HR Management or related field2. 2 years experience in HR operations including payroll3. Able to use Timesoft is an added advantage4. Good knowledge of Employment Act5. Able work under a fast-paced work environment6. Able to multi-task7.
