Summary

• Support the Operations Manager to ensure effective operation and maintenance of the mall
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates as a safe environment as well as performing at optimum level
• Prepare annual budget, manage and administer contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall
• Assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall
• Manage and execute the procurement of all maintenance contracts in the mall
• Lead the technicians as well as the various vendors to maintain professional standards and achieve excellent results on day-to-day operations

• Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Building, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
• Experience in property management or facility management in shopping mall or retail environment will be an added advantage
• Exhibit strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
• Good command of spoken and written English as well as being computer literate
• Willing to work beyond standard operating hours
