Support programmes, projects and workshops and liaise with external partners and government agencies on course and programme related matters
Work with faculty members to coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of certification programmes and projects.
Liaise with internal departments on course and workshop logistics and schedules
Coordinate student recruitment activities, interviews and roadshows/exhibitions
Support examination and assessment related matters including liaison with programme/external examiners/associate faculties/supervisors, Heads of Programme and Examination Administration Department
Liaise with course writers and developers on course development matters
Assist with programme, project and workshop related budgeting matters
General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates
Job Requirements
Degree holder with 1-3 years relevant working experience
Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
Good project management skills
Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
