Job Description
:The Garden Cruiser team in the Attractions Operations department runs two motor transport services around the Gardens: audio tour and shuttle service. As a Senior Executive, you will supervise the team on driving and to ensure that safety and services standards are always met. You will review and improve the training program for new and current drivers. You will also interact with visitors and resolve feedback and issues raised by visitors.Qualifications:
- Diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience in a tourist attraction or related industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and friendly disposition
- Good knowledge of motor transport operations and experienced in purchase and procurement procedures. Candidates with knowledge of mechanical and technical skills will be an added advantage
- Minimum Class 3A driving license
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
