Our Client: It is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister\'s Office. The central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop positive and effective partnership with departments to co-create integrated people solutions to meet business\' objectives.
• Provide daily HR guidance and collaborate with various stakeholders in the application and support for HR initiatives.
• Deliver credible day to day HR operations and payroll related matters in an effective and efficient manner.
• Analyze trends and metrics to deepen understanding of issues.
• Manage systems, streamline and deliver HR operations to increase productivity.
