Job Description
1. JOB PURPOSE
This role is to support institution-wide manpower resource planning by providing timely, accurate manpower information to support decision making and interventions
2. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES`
Manpower Planning * Support the drive in workforce planning strategies and synthesise manpower and staffing requirements to meet business needs.
- Implement plans to meet organisation's strategic direction on manpower growth.
- Participate in the review of effectiveness of workforce planning strategies to meet business needs and recommend enhancements.
- Assist in setting up the manpower planning workflow & procedures to facilitate review of manpower requests with departments based on prevailing manpower directives and guidelines.
- Work on building a manpower model for projection of headcounts to meet operational needs.
- Harmonise the manpower planning and budgeting process through setting guidelines, requirements and templates.
- Partner with Finance to consolidate organisation's manpower budget and estab.
- Oversee the timely and relevant extraction of information for accurate manpower statistics and reporting to internal and external agencies.
- Any other related HR projects.
- With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in manpower resource planning
- With strong analytical skills, about to work with different teams
- Proficient in working with huge data base
- Familiar with HR process
