Job Description

1. Driving and monitoring accounts performance commitments to achieve overall

productivity targets.

2. Support the ocean business administration to increase approved carrier space

allotment in close cooperation with the Regional Tradelane Managers.

3. Driving and monitoring carrier performance to achieve overall commitment.

4. Driving and monitoring carrier allocation to achieve compliance.

5. Overseeing continuous process improvements and introduce best practices to enhance operational efficiencies and effectiveness in global and regional business.

6. Analyse trade lanes and capacities based on cargo flows, carrier shares, net-achieved costs on respective trade lanes and align capacity planning.

7. Support Lead Manager on the carrier contract management and database.

8. Supports most efficient establishment and execution of all regional and country operational processes based on the corporate SOP's and guidelines.

A Supports standardization of SOPs / processes

A Performs regional administration: ie. volume development vs. market, system maintenance: master data, codes

• Completed College / University degree / Industry apprenticeship
• 4+ years Freight Forwarding (related Industry) experience
