Job Description

:We are looking for a proactive professional to join our Investment Operational & Compliance Risk team. As a member of the team, you will work closely with the Product Development and Marketing departments and be instrumental to review and launch new investment-linked funds and contribute to the top line growth of the ILP business for the company. You will also collaborate with the Investment department to provide operational and compliance risk oversight on Income\'s multi-asset funds of over SGD$40 billion, identifying, monitoring and reporting operational and compliance risks in investment management activities.Key responsibilities include:1. ILP Fund Review

• Work with the Product Development and Marketing departments to review collaterals (e.g. Product Highlight Sheet, Factsheet, Fund Summary, etc.).
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate requirements.
• Assist to review/streamline the ILP fund review process as part of efficiency optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Assist to review standard operating procedures (SOP) on a regular basis.

2. Investment Operational & Compliance Risk

• Assist to Perform periodic Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA), and Controls Testing and.
• Assist to review Investment Operational and Compliance Risk processes, and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders and/or recommend enhancements on the adequacy of the design of internal controls and processes.

3. Other Activities

• Contribute to strategic projects.
• Regular/ad hoc Board and Management Committee reporting.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or equivalent.
• Experience in Asset Management / Investment will be preferable.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience either in Portfolio Operations or Investment Operational or Compliance Risk.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations, notices and guidelines with respect to Fund Management and Insurance Investments will be an added advantage (e.g. Securities & Futures Act, Code of Collective Investment Schemes, MAS Notice 307, CPF Investment Guidelines).
• Good communication and writing skills, able to present to and engage with different stakeholders.
• Team player with good interpersonal skill, able to work independently as well.
• Sound analytical skills.
