Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:This role seeks to provide efficient administration and financial support services by ensuring integrated development Management Team, are always effectively operational, maintained and responsive to the needs and aspirations of all co-locating agencies and partners. Roles & Responsibilities : Develop, streamline and enhance financial management and reporting processes Timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement and reports Manage income and expenditure in order to ensure financial sustainability. Liaise with internal and external auditor Undertake any other finance and accounting tasks as assigned from time to time. Guide department users in procurement with end-to- end solutions based on established guidelines and procedures. Develop, revise and improve on work processes to improve overall efficiency of procurement functions. Ensure departments administer all procurement processes and procedures in accordance to SPORTSG financial standard procedures. Working closely as a strategic business partner with project teams to prepare the necessary documents, provide guidance for the evaluation process and partner contract owners to monitor awarded vendor and contract performance Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities that will enhance services delivery, such as review of internal processes and redesign of customer journeys. Manage the contact centres and overseas feedback management within Bukit Canberra. Managing building/facilities management contracts to ensure service delivery and contractual obligations and delivered and executed in a manner that fosters and achieve customer service standard. Any other assigned task and duties to support BCMT team.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: A recognised Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration At least 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1-2 years in supervisory role Proven experience in strong stakeholder management Self-starter with strong sense of initiative Ability to work with ambiguity and agility Strong team player, positive and can-do spirit The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
