Senior Executive / Manager (digital Marketing & Reporting)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual, who understands how to create and optimise digital lead generation strategies derived from customer data and insights and can demonstrate that they have successfully driven this in a previous role. The primary focus of this role will be digital marketing and channel reporting to support sales and growth targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Website Ideation and CRM Management:

  • Be able to define parameters for new website or microsite design based on marketing objectives and requirements.
  • To be responsible for improving the usability, user experience, design, lead generation and conversion optimisation of the internal websites.
  • Champion Internal CRM application to drive and ensure the business are fully adopting.
Digital Marketing Campaigns Management:
  • Independently create, manage and optimize our digital response channels (PPC, SE), display and social media advertising based on agreed strategies and direction set by the senior manager.
  • Ownership of marketing reporting tools and systems & assurance of constant awareness of platform development, updates & new features.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • In-depth reporting of performance including monthly tracking of lead conversion rates, scoring and quarterly digital strategy performance across all channels.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints and database.
  • Maintain ongoing reports and compile data for analysis to identify cross sell or upsell opportunities and possibilities for email marketing automation development.
Digital Marketing Tends Analysis:
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in SEO, digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
Marketing Communications and Ad-hoc Tasks:
  • Execute non-digital marketing tactics, events management, collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Degree with at least 3 years marketing and/or product owner experience in B2B digital self-serve/mobile app and digital campaigns
  • Experience in setting up and managing PPC campaigns, SEO, email marketing and automation as well as social media strategies and optimization
  • Good understanding and experience with using database management systems, CRM, reporting tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power Bi, Tableau, R/Python, SQL, Eloqua etc.
  • Hands-on experience in developing CMS user requirements, User experience and testing
  • Data-driven with keen understanding of key digital metrics such as Launches, , with the ultimately objective of optimising and driving better ROI
  • Strong understanding of current digital advertising concepts, strategy with idea of industry benchmarks and metrics for key performance channels and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners and work well under tight timeline
  • Numerate, analytical and results- focused
  • Proactive and willing to learn
