In pursuing our mission to make Singapore our Safe and Secure Best Home, we remain always constant and true to our core values of Honour and Unity.What you will be working on:The jobholder will be a key member of the iLMS (a SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system for MHA/HTDs) Operational and Support (O&S) Team. The jobholder is also the Procurement and Governance, Risk and Compliance Domain business expert with in-depth competency and knowledge of MHA\'s business processes to support and help MHA achieve an integrated and common Logistics, Procurement and Finance operating environment. This position reports to the Deputy Director, Operational Logistics. The officer will cover issues pertaining to O&S and developmental work for iLMS, including: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and coordinate with the Central Procurement Office (CPO) on the strategies to ensure procurement system processes & rules continually meet WOG & MHA policy and governance requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-lead within iLMS Office and coordinate with Business Domain Owners on the strategies to ensure Governance, Risk and Compliance system processes & rules continually meet WOG & MHA policy and governance requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and coordinate integration of procurement-related mobility and interfaces (next generation GeBiz), as well as enhancement of functional capabilities for evolving operational needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contract administration for iLMS (a SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system for MHA/HTDs. The officer will be responsible for coordinating with various parties and stakeholders in ensuring procurement activities and timelines are adhered to.What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Finance, Logistics or IT equivalent education and experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2-3 years of progressive project experience in supporting the development and managing the O&S of large-scale systems in large organisations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Government Procurement or related working environment would be a plus point. \xe2\x80\xa2 A good grasp of MHA or Government-related Procurement processes and keeps abreast of best practices for his/her assigned business domain would be a plus point. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity and experience in SAP would be a plus point.
