ShareJob Category/Programme: AdministrativeDescription You will play a key role in driving student enrolment targets, optimizing application conversion rates, and enhancing relationships with stakeholders.You will work closely with the outreach team and the academic faculties to drive student recruitment strategies and participate in outreach and campaign activities to drive applications and business growth.We are looking for a sales-driven, highly motivated, proactive, resilient and good team player to join our dynamic team. You must be willing to travel internationally and able to work on weekends when required.Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute effective marketing and student recruitment plans to enhance student recruitment efforts in an effort to meet/exceed target enrolment and targeted conversion rates
• Work closely with stakeholders to support student recruitment activities and identify opportunities to drive business unit growth
• Attend monthly meetings with the outreach team and communicate ideas and market trends to improve student recruitment strategies
• Keep abreast of market trends and conduct competitor analysis to propose areas of expansion
• Increase application lead numbers through student recruitment activities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve conversion rates
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales-related industry
• Ability to identify opportunities and capable of working well under pressure
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively bilingual with strong language and communication skills
• Customer service oriented, warm, friendly disposition
• Meticulous with good problem-solving skills and IT-savvy
• Effective team player with good critical thinking skills
• Self-driven and proactive team player with a positive attitude
