Train staff to rectify service lapses and develop alternative plans. Design new services and improve patient-centric work processes. Ensure patient services are delivered in a pleasant and comfortable environment. Work closely with doctors and other support departments on issues relating to workflows and patient services. Align the department's goals with the business goals of hospital. Support staff development activities and all corporate activities. JOB REQUIREMENTS Basic Degree Minimum of 3 years in service industry/ healthcare related areas Knowledge of hospital operations Possess positive attitude, initiative and keenness to learn Possess strong analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of computer software and statistics
