Engage in case discussions alongside our clinical team to ensure timely resolution of all clinical-related matters.
Participate in the planning, evaluation, and supervision of our program to guarantee the provision of optimal patient care.
Execute administrative tasks pertaining to patient admission, discharge, and transfer within the system.
Facilitate coordination among multiple departments within the company to schedule appointments and/or handle bed requests.
Collaborate with external vendors to arrange transportation, such as ambulances and courier services, for logistical purposes.
Oversee logistics, including consumables and homecare bags, and actively contribute to inventory management, ensuring a consistent supply for exceptional patient care.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder
Computer literate
Must be flexible and willing to work on weekends
Able to cope with and work in a fast paced environment
Must be a good team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently
Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
