Job Description

Public Healthcare (located in the West) is looking at having talents to join their Operations team.

You will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting the different teams to ensure smooth daily operations and delivery of quality service to bother internal and external customers.
• Fronting patients' queries/feedback and resolve ad-hoc service-related matters.
• Provide guidance and support to the different team in the department.
• Resource planning: Review resource utilization to ensure optimal utilization and productivity improvement.
• Ensure department performance indicators and targets are met. This includes developing performance standards and indicators.
• Drive change management and quality improvement initiatives, through implementation of innovation information technology applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration. Candidates without prior working experience may apply as well.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, data analysis and presentations.
