About The Role Job Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Programmes division to understand needs and deliver effective support and information to support the sustainability of the initiatives. - Communicate and tell the impact story of our pro About The Role Job Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Programmes division to understand needs and deliver effective support and information to support the sustainability of the initiatives. - Communicate and tell the impact story of our programmes, progress and outputs in compelling ways through presentations and reports. - Generate analytical performance reports to internal and external audiences, for impact funding and transformational research purposes. - To lead on the development and effective use of evaluation tools, and provide training and support to enable colleagues to become confident users of the specialist tools. - Provision of any data needed for compliance internally or externally such as audit information, annual reporting and grant adherence. - Review, design and deploy effective impact frameworks and measures for the division. - Ensure yearly fundraising targets are met individually and collectively as a team. Job Requirements: - Degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in a research or funding environment - Skilled in research analysis, impact fundraising and or grants management - Experienced and skilled in using databases and analytical tools, especially significant experience of using Microsoft Office - Excellent in communicating complex information and data to non-specialist audiences to achieve supportive engagement in graphical, written and oral formats - Proactive in seeking information from within and without the organization Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: Skilled in research analysis, impact fundraising and or grants management Core Competencies: Highly self-sufficient, accountable, and resilient individual who is a collaborative team player that prioritizes and strives for the organization success.
