To liaise with Sales/Product/GTM/CX to determine training needs and schedule training session
To design effective training programs
To select & book and implement training resources to design and conduct effective training programs
To conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions
To prepare educational materials
To research and work with vendors and other departments to develop full suites of training and engagement activities
To support and maintain engagement initiatives that promote CBG organisational goals and Sales culture
To analyse division employee sales engagement climate through employee surveys/dipsticks and identify improvement needs
To establish and maintain measurement standards to provide meaningful information to guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
To work with stakeholders to design sales toolkits, new product/promotion launch materials
To conduct sales performance audit, identify training gaps and recommendation of coaching support and re-training
To manages the reports, administrative work for Sales Academy
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Min 2 years of work experience in Corporate/Commercial Training, Staff Communications and Project Coordination
Enjoy building relationships and engaging with people
Telco, Retails or Hospitality industry experience preferred
Excellent written and oratorical skills to motivate and drive energy
Tech-savvy and willing to embrace new technology
ACLP certified
