Train and assess outsourced security agencies based on JP\'s security policies and standards.
Actively participate in the physical security efforts, including the protection of employees, assets, and properties.
Ensure outsourced security agencies comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Including performing Quality Assurance activities (e.g. Red Teaming, Compliance checks etc.)
Attend to security incidents as well as assist in the investigation of such security incidents including following-up with disciplinary matters, legal matters, violations and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Provide support to the outsourced security agencies, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and expertise to carry out their duties effectively based on JP\'s security policies and standards.
Liaise with law enforcement, government agencies, and other external organizations regarding security matters, as well as being the Point Of Contact with regards to facilities maintenance for these agencies.
Promote security awareness to all stakeholders.
Ensure that all security equipment and installations are operational and to immediately report or take remedial action to rectify any faults.
Generating security reports, documenting security incidents, and providing regular updates to management on security-related matters.
The Requirements
Minimum O\' Level / Higher Nitec with relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Professional security management certification or relevant security Diplomas will be an added advantage.
Certified Red Teaming practitioner will have an advantage.
ATDC Certification or any other TOPSIS certification will have an advantage.
Able to work independently while contributing to the department as a team player.
The position requires to perform a rotated Duty Officer, contactable by phone, outside of official hours and may require physically responding to emergencies.
Applicants with Class 3 driving license will have an advantage.
