Since October 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large. THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the elderly and the sick, families, persons with disabilities, and children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. DESIGNATION : Senior/ Executive - Corporate Communications

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a meticulous and self-starting team player who is conversant in digital and social media platforms. To be successful in the role, you will need to possess strong messaging, writing and visual presentation skills that can help the organisation communicate intended messages and build advocates. In addition, you must demonstrate the willingness to hone your understanding of the social service sector to create communications that will resonate with our stakeholders and audience. You will report to the Senior Manager for Corporate Communications in implementing and executing the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s brand initiatives, marketing and communications strategy through social media marketing, marketing communications and event management. Corporate Communications

  • Development and production of corporate collaterals through coordination and collation of content with Service Centres
  • Social media planning, content curation, marketing and management
  • Brand development and management
  • Event management including community, corporate and fundraising events for internal and external stakeholders
Digital and Social Media Marketing
  • Develop new, creative and engaging content to build awareness on THKMC\xe2\x80\x99s Services, events and messagings to achieve organisational objectives
  • Good understanding of social media target audiences so as to engage, inform, educate to achieve intended outcomes
  • Measure and analyse performance based on social media algorithms
  • Establish evolving social media best practices


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism or a related discipline
  • 2 to 5 years of corporate communications and/or digital marketing experience
  • A meticulous, highly motivated and resourceful team player with a positive attitude and attention to details
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably a second language (in order to handle queries and to write copies in a second language)
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Final Cut Pro
  • Proficient in storytelling, photography, videography and video editing
  • Active on social media platforms and updated in on-going trends
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
