DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (Fish & Seafood & Processing)

RESPONSIBILITIES
This Role will be responsible for overseeing the Production and distribution of Fish and Seafood. He / She will lead the respective organization with regards to the everyday pertaining to:

• Employee work safety and product quality
• Training and capability
• Shift planning and supervision
• Operational KPIs such as: Fulfilment on time, Yield / Shrinkage, Cost for unit of transformation
• Financial targets including Profit and Loss
• Assist and Drive and assist in continuous improvement

The immediate focus will be to co-drive the development and start-up the new organization and facilities in coordination with the Fresh Food Processing Director and Head of CPU and the Project Manager / Process Improvement Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and/or other relevant field with industry experience

or

• Diploma Holder extensive experience in similar role and proven track record of Impact and continuous drive for improvement and learning

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant work experience in the Food Manufacturing, Logistics / Warehousing, Operations Management or other relevant positions
• Good understanding of Operations and/or Logistics Management principles
• Good understanding of GMP, GHP and HACCP
• Good understanding of Fresh Category, specifically Seafood is a plus
• Experience in leading and/or overseeing production in F & B manufacturing plant is required
• Experience in leading and/or overseeing planning, plant procurement order fulfilment / logistics is a plus
• He / She must have displayed to drive tangible results (sales, profit, etc.) in collaboration with multifunctional stakeholders
• Experience in the Food Processing will be an added advantage
• Experience in implementation of 5S, Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma
• Good working knowledge on Workplace Safety and Health regulation
• Good understanding on MOM Employment Act
