Perform audits on the Quality and Safety aspect on the operation
Plan and conduct internal audits as scheduled in the Annual Workplan.
Follow up with post audits activities
Document findings and raise Corrective and Preventive Actions Reports
Expedite Corrective and Preventive actions on internal audit findings and their closure.
Verify effectiveness of the Corrective/Preventive actions
Support external audits by customers and certification bodies
Co-ordinate with respective depts to be ready before and during external audits
Support and work with various departments in procedure reviews and updates, ensuring changes are incorporated in a timely manner and assisting in assessment of these changes.
Maintain and contribute improvements to the Quality and Safety Management System on RSAF Ground Support Equipment.
Other management system audits such as Business Continuity Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Quality Management System on combat and armament systems when the need arises.
Other duties as assigned, including preparation of toolbox briefing materials, monthly reports, documentation controls, analysis of audit findings\' trends.
