Job responsibilities:

• Based on Client requirement, compute the renewal rate and cost baseline for Cisco products using CCW-R portal
• Work closely with the SDMs for active maintenance accounts renewal - formulate costing and sizing
• Optimize, evaluate options and strategy to support sales/ pre-sales for maintenance new win:

• Own sparing
• B2B
• Work with third party maintainer on EOSL products and best effort SLA
• Work with OEM to resolve compliance hold issue, lapse fees, etc
• License renewal

• Liaise with the multi-vendor product supplier to fulfil the required maintenance SLAs and operational needs.
• Sparing ratio, management and replenishment planning

• Experience with the maintenance renewal business
• Ability to communicate the requirement with internal/ external stakeholders in a multivendor environment
• Familiar with Cisco portal
• Fundamental knowledge of the enterprise product knowledge is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products especially Excel is required

• Prior working experience in a SI environment preferred
